I really love the good food they make
My husband loves pizza and if he could, would order pizza three times a week! So when we moved to Johns Island he was happy to know there was a Pizza Hut that delivered to this area.
Pizza was good. Nice clean bathrooms and need better server
Do yourself a favor and just eat a bowl of cereal tonight instead of ordering pizza from here!
Unfortunately, for some reason this seems to be the worst managed Pizza Hut on the planet. We have ordered an extremely simple order of 1 medium pepperoni pizza multiple times and ALWAYS have an issue. When you call to place an order you're put on hold multiple times so the call ends up taking well over fifteen minutes. They quote you 30-45 minutes until delivery but it always takes at least an hour and a half; once it took more than THREE HOURS and the pizza was ice cold when it finally arrived. Once they hung up the phone before we paid for it so we had to call back and explain to them we need to pay. Once they showed up with the completely wrong order. We kept giving them chances since they're the only pizza delivery around but have always had a terrible experience. We hope to see a Papa Johns or Dominos open on Johns Island in the near future, but until then it's just going to be Digiorno for us!
Great food and the new managment there is really turning the store around
We love going to this location. The young lady's that work there do a great job! The wings are amazing. A special shot out to the young lady with brown hair and glasses tonight. She really took pride in her work and took the time to show me the pizza and wings she prepared before she checked me out. What a nice touch!
