We have used Roto Rooter for a number of years. They are always timely, accurately assess the situation and are reasonably priced. I would recommend using them for all your plumbing needs.
The dispatcher/receptionist was most helpful and understanding regarding the nature of the plumbing emergency. The gentleman who came out to do the work was kind, and very helpful, explaining at each step the problem. When he had completed the task and the water was running freely from the house, he explained about the guaranteed work and all that was covered.
The tech was great! He came in and asked me what the problem was. I explained it and he went to work on it. Unfortunately, after he left I found that the problem had not be completely resolved. I call the office back and the tech was at my door again in just a few minutes. Went right to work and corrected the problem!! All with a smile on his face!! Very happy customer!
I have had a stench in one of my bathroom that I have not been able to track down. Other plumbers have told me that it must be in the venting but they don't get on the roof. I finally called Roto-Rooter. Jeremiah arrived and I explained what I had to done to date. He took inventory and looked over the systems and suggested we do a smoke test. We did. Everything checked out. He said I needed to get ahold of the water and sewer department right away because the problem was on their end of the system. Sure enough. They came out yesterday. They put a camera down the pipe and the sewer pipe is cut in half (possible when cable was installed in our subdivision). Massive amounts of water and dirt are filling up and blowing back. It didn't take Jerimiah long to figure it out and he didn't try to keep going to drain my wallet. Needless to say--I will certainly be calling them for any plumbing needs. Thank You!!!!
Roto Rooter was kind enough to come out on a weekend to check for possible water leakage from my side of the meter. Their plumber showed me why it couldn’t be on my side and then checked out inside to make sure there weren’t any leaks and changed out flappers on toilets and answered my questions completely. I am very pleased with their service
