Awful!!! Ive been there numberous times and ive never been so upsat for a haircut that should have been so simple.. A basic boys cut has left my child's front so loop sided than when i explained thats not the way the pic looks the same pic i was trying to explain to her that she blew me off with a " i understand ive got this" comment.. She tries to tell me oh its like because of his cowlick. I informed her umm no he is 10 so ive been doing hair cuts over 9 years with no problem she than tries to fix it which was even more of a mess.. Not to mention 2 elderly ladies were waiting to be signed in after 20+ mins of waiting to be acknowledged finally set down to wait for someone to sign them up when the curly hair young lady finished her previous customer walks pass the 4 people at this time to go to the store to get drinks.. Very unprofessional awful customer service awful haircut!!! Save your money and headache and go into west ashley!!
Good service, friendly stylists. I used to go to expensive salons, but they do just as good a job for way less!
Tried to get my haircut here, and 2 hours after they were supposed to be open I find it locked up and closed at 11am on a Friday. Its pretty hard to get customers in there with the door locked...
